Just go above and beyond the determination and feel the freedom


We wish we would have done this , we would have done that , but we are surrounded by the circles of habits and having tendency to think in a certain way, rather  I would say routine way.


There are two things First, you drive the circumstances or situations around you and Second is circumstances drives you. But the factor which decides what drives whom, or who drives what depends on the routine habits  the individual has.


Moving to adopt good habits , requires strong determination and being honest/loyal to yourself.
Which in turn can help us to drive the circumstances and situations of life and make it well-organised.

If there is a will, certainly there is a way. here's how it is. Say for example if you want to motivate yourself to
 exercise regularly and to eat healthy nutritious food, set the alarm for this in your phone. This will keep you reminding yourself  to get into a good habit. So what are you waiting for !! . Be the you what you would wish to be !!  . And be the architect of your own life style..
