Corporate Politics !!! OMG !!

Nowadays politics is the integral part of any Corporate System. Sometimes I think its the required skill to get ahead and to  acquire growth.

Whenever you find yourself as the victim or the future victim of some conspiracy .Do the following things.

1)Put your Ego aside and talk with the smile to the person who is trying to go against you or book a meeting room if required.Sometimes one simple talk can clear all misunderstandings , communication gaps etc.

2)The word 'Friend ' has the magical power which helps to build professional relationships strongly ,so use it where ever required.

3)A cup of tea and the general gossips can wash away all the political dilemma.

This post can be useful to fresher as well as the people who find themselves stressed in the big team.

Doctors, Please Dont Experiment On Patients!!!,Just Save Their Lives!!!

In  hospitals ,many people die due to negligence and having incomplete knowledge  to the Doctors.
And People like us just overlook it saying 'No one can say, when death knocks the doors'.Today's World is so much selfish that no one cares  if it wont hurt to the themselves.

Is there any law which verifies and supervise,  that person don't get dead  due to overdose of the medicines   or any other negligence and give the right punishments to Doctors?

I want everyone, to cry for making such lifesaving laws. This will enforce Doctors to provide right and necessary treatments to patients.I don't  know it(law) will be there in future or not.but If you find the critical Patients around make sure that Doctor is doing right and not neglecting because of lot of patients waiting in queue .

Please Dont Take FaceBook So Seriously....Just Enjoy It.....

Nowadays, Facebook is on mind of  young people.As every coin has two sides ,It  solely depends on how anyone takes it.I thought of writing on this ,As I read  few of its stories on TOI and some other resources.
like 1/3rd  divorses due to Facebook,suicides due to someone has unfriended someone,One Lecturer  had to go in Jail for Criticizing Blangla Desh Prime minister on FB
Why people take it so much personally?.Facebook played much to the emotions of people by putting functionality like 'Like' .
I think its a social network. So It should be used for enjoyment and knowledge sharing  and not for making people feeling guilty or emotional injury.
I  would like to request FB founders to remove this 'Like' and  'Unfriend ' functionality and add other functionality which people will enjoy...
