There are so many people who complain about not getting enough sleep at night.
Getting sufficiently enough sleep is very necessary for healthy mind and physique.
And healthy mind and physique is required for decision making,thinking in right direction and so many other things which impacts life of individual.
here we go , for some of the ways, to get sufficiently good sleep
1)Worry is one reason , which distracts us from concentrating on sleep.
In that Case,Start concentrating on every part of the body , starting from the toe of the leg to every part of the brain.
this exercise you can do. till you get the sleep.instruct yourself not wondering in other thoughts while doing this.
